After passing the MOT and getting the car taxed, I used the first cold, but dry day to change my brake discs for a set of slotted rotors as supplied by Godspeed brakes. They had a nice finish and fitted well first time. The only challenge I had was trying to slacken the calliper boots on the passenger side without braking them. Once off, I was able to used a small bolt to thread into the hole on the calliper and turn it so as to allow me to press the disc off the hub. It just provided enough force to break the rust and allow me to then hit the brake free with a mallet.
