The air intake was purchased but sat in the box for a while as I didn't get a chance to fit it. Once I got some free time, I decided to book the car into East Coast Customs to get a CAT-Back exhaust system fitted and so the air intake was fitted the night before I left the car up to them.
Once I removed the air box, it was a simple matter of connecting the hose to the air intake and using the supplied bracket and pipe clamps to secure the intake in position. The last thing to do was replace the MAF sensor into position in the intake pipe and secure with a couple of screws.
The intake was an excellent job and the sound from the engine was noticeable. Once the turbine spooled up, the was a large sucking and whistling from the intake and the engine produced a deeper bass note at idle.
