Boost gauge relocation

After leaving the boost gauge lying for a day to think about it, I decided to install it back in its original location at the A pillar. I think it's the more 'traditional' tuner location and there wants really anywhere left that would suit. It's also quite difficult to take your eyes off the road at full speed so the A pillar means you can quickly glance at it and keep your eyes dead ahead.

After buying some new wire, it proved difficult again to route the new cables down brought the dash. In the end I was upside down in the drivers seats poking the cable up through the dash using a set of vernier callipers and a steel rule to push the wire upwards. I was then able to pull them through and connect them to the original chocolate block connector that feeds the dash mounted gauges.

All that remained was to test the gauge was working before poking the wires and boost hosing into the door frame at the lower dashboard and his it beneath the rubber door seal. The battery was reconnected an all was full tested for lighting and any burning smells!!
