Fuel rails continued

Well I only managed to squeeze in an hour on the car this afternoon but it was quite productive.

I managed to disconnect all the harness connections on the drivers side, including a rather difficult injector harness and then lift the manifold up a bit so I could clearly see into the head. The main problem next is to remove the wiring loom down near the battery tray and also the air con and associated pipe work as this is preventing the other side of the manifold from being lifted up.

Finally at least half the manifold is off!!
