Well today has been a good day.
After a few emails back and forward to RCM, Olly managed to identify the finally O'Ring so 4 more have been ordered to complete the fuel system setup! They should be in stock by the end of the week so they should be with me next week!!
As always however, Im back to work next week, so Ill not have the time to get working on it for the next 6 weeks! Patience really is a virtue! Anyway, on the plus side, all the parts are sourced and can sit waiting for me once I get home. All that remains is to put it all together again.
I think this really does highlight the patience you need for a modified car. You can't just buy parts off the shelf. You do have to wait weeks/months for parts to arrive. You will loose your patience, but when you calm down and see the end result, its always worth it.

The middle ring is actually thicker but it is fine as its just the secondary seal and the new ring is actually a little larger and will be compressed into shape once the rails are tightened down to the manifold. The main seal is perfect and its on top of the inceptor, which then fits inside the rail, so this needs to be perfect!
