Refurbing old wheels

Several years ago now, when I bought the black wheels for the car, I decided I would change the colour of the original STi wheels. I never likes the gold....most people seem to love it, oh well!

It has actually taken this long to get around to finishing one wheel. After using a dremel tool and a lot of hand sanding, I managed to get down to final smoothing off using 1200 grit wet and dry sandpaper. After a good clean, I then used 4 light coats of etch primer to coat the wheel and get it to a decent finish. If you don't take your time sanding, any imperfections really stand out.

Lucky, even after learning how to use filler and a bit of smoothing off, the wheel actually looks alright for someone that has never painted before! In terms of a track wheel, its perfect!

I just need to decide on a colour. Matt black and baby pink comes to mind, although I don't know which yet. Do I stick with what I know or go crazy and go for pink?!
