Road testing

After adjusting the throttle valve deadband, I noticed the while driving around town the car idled at 1400rpm and this was just too high and noisy, and w also at the point where the engine fans were working none stop due to increased water temperature of the engine.

I then reduced the set point from 1.5% to 0.7% and so far so good......

Clearly these are the joys of a modified car!!!!
