Just a quick plug change for the '7.
They were incredibly easy to access and came out with a 21m deep socket and 1/2' ratchet. Access is easiest from underneath the car and go straight up near the sump.
As you can see, they were in decent enough condition physically but seriously dirty. I changed with new for good measure just in case.
